Worst online shop do NOT buy here

Worst online shopping experience of my life. Ordered a pair of jeans on the 7th of January and was told it was shipped on the 1st (a lie because I was only sent the tracking details on the 8th). They eventually arrived on the 11th, i wore them twice and the stitching came undone on the back pockets. Contacted Wanda to ask for a refund on the 24th of Feb, she said she would send a replacement on the 25th. On the 4th of March she said it is packed but the couriers haven't picked it up (really?) And here we are - still nothing. Beyond shocking.
