Will never order from this company again

First off I always look up businesses on Hellopeter before I order from them and to see if they are legit and very sorry that I didn't this time. I ordered from Tempted Clothing in January 2021. After a few weeks I started asking where my order was. I would usually get a reply that they will have an ETA the following week. After more than a month of waiting I emailed them again and my response was they have sorted out their customs issues and will have an ETA again in that week. Then 2 weeks after this I received a whatsapp saying they still have customs issues and expecting shipments end of march to april. I then insisted on a refund seeing its been more than 2 months. They then informed me that seeing as they have all these shipment issues at customs for a few months now and alot of people to refund I will have to wait patiently for my refund. And so Im still waiting after the refund that was send through as an escalation to the accountants and the owner. So my question firstly is if they do have all these issues and they cannot deliver WHY still advertise clothes? And secondly why am I still waiting for my refund?
