UNTRUSTED COMPANY - TEMPTED CLOTHING

I dont want to even rate them a one star on the RATING, they must get a ZERO! Please do not ever buy from Tempted Clothing. I have placed my order in May - Order Number 5734. When you go onto the website to place your order, it actually shows that the item is available and in stock, then you place your order, transfer the money and you get a whatsapp saying they are so excited about your order, but then say they are currently delayed as per their website. So they weren't honest from the beginning!!!! They then send messages saying they are waiting for dates and customs, you get the same message probably all over again, just in different wording.

I find them extremely unprofessional and that they are lying about the products they have in stock - they take your money and smile, and you have to wait months!!!! Asking every second week, where is your order, and all they can say is they waiting for customs and dates!

Then you ask for a REFUND!!!! And oh my gosh, then you have to wait for another date because it must go through to their accountants and then they promise that you will receive an email to confirm as soon as it is processed. Its now been two weeks after I have asked for my refund!

I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL AND NOW THEY ARE IGNORING MY MESSAGES TOO!!!!!! I WANT MY REFUND BACK TODAY! Lize
