Tempted clothing custom issues becoming ridiculous

Ordered items 16 April and they keep saying there is a problem with customs but I've ordered from other places after this date which also imports and they haven't had any problems. No one responds to my messages or emails anymore. I've asked for refund if goods aren't delivered by a certain time but no response. Very disappointed!
