Tempted Clothing AVOID!

Literally the worst customer service I have ever received! I placed an order on 10 January, heard nothing. I asked for a refund at the beginning of March and was told it would be followed up and now I'm being ignored. It's not even a large amount of money but they're in breach of the CPA and I'm taking legal action. I'm all about supporting local but they need to be able to handle the back end and communications and deal with customers on a human level. Disgusting service. How hard is it to process a refund?!
