Shocking service! No delivery! No refund!
Placed an order on the 16th of April. 3 Months later and still no delivery. Was promised a refund and of course that too hasn’t been done. They do not respond to their Watsapp group. Please be very careful and rather order from a more reputable place.

19 Jul 2021, 09:00No you did not provide feedback! I had to phone over a hundred times until your sidekick send a watsapp to say you will get back to me!! So then you told me the parcel was on the way and got lost - good one!! The refund still hasn’t been processed!! For everyone reading this, please avoid ordering from tempted clothing - And just to add that I ordered an almost identical gym set from SHEIN 2 weeks ago, not only was the price significantly better but the products actually arrived!!!!

We agreed on a refund but you kept on phoning and sending messages even after we confirmed to do your refund.
You actually phone 35 times after each other after we agreed on a refund and you kept on doing this until we eventually stopped comunicating ,you were effecting our comunication with our other clients.
We understand that your parcel did not reach you and a refund will be processed as agreed on ,but we simply cannot spend hours and hours on replies and phone calls to 1 individual after agreeing to process a refund.
Because of delays we have many refunds and we are trying our best to get all refunds processed asap.
We agreed on a refund but you kept on phoning and sending messages even after we confirmed to do your refund.
