Non Delivery of Items Listed In Stock after 50+ working days

Have been waiting 10 weeks for an order. Each time, the blame was put on customs and the pandemic, with the promise of shipments arriving soon (first in November, then early December). Now they are no longer answering phones or emails requesting updates and cancellation and I worry I may have just been ****med. Business blames pandemic for delays but fails to mention any delays on their website. When I purchased items in October they were all listed as In Stock. Sorry guys, you let me down on this one. Would not recommend the service.
