HORRIBLE! WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!
AVOID!! WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! I ordered from them on 29 November 2019. At first they said deliveries will arrive by 17 December 2019, that did not happen. Then they said between the 20th and 20th of December, still did not get the delivery. Then they said 3rd of January. I told them I am leaving SA for work on the 6th January so they have to deliver before that, still nothing. I left SA, they asked for my address in Ireland and said they will ship here, never happened. In February 2020 they said they will refund me, never happened. And now in May 2020 I get an email that my order has been shipped...to the wrong address. I contact them and now they say it wasn't them who shipped it (how???). They also claim they refunded me, they did not! It's now 22 May 2020, 5 months later and I'm still having to deal with these people.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

We did however comunicate that we could not ship to Ireland. We also did your refund a very long time ago but it bounced back we presume you closed you SA account.

Secondly, my SA bank account was never closed, I use it every day and have money paid into it monthly with no problem. You simply took my money, failed to deliver, failed to refund me and **** about the refund. The account number I gave you is correct.
