Beware of ordering online from tempted.co.za the reviews and rating look good but it's not.

Tempted.co.za promised.to deliver my order within 7 to 14 days after my order was places. I placed the order 14 January, today is the 25 of February. After contacting the sales dept asking a.refund. I was left hanging. I won't order from tempted again. The order has a number, but the sales lady wasn't sure what I ordered and asked me if I received the order? Obviously not. I want a refund and she has not been accomodating.
