bad service - Items not delivered

I bought leggings from Tempted in March this year and almost 5 months now I have not received my package. I am told their items are stuck in customs, for 5 months. I have even asked to exchange with other items in their shop incase my items are out of stock, I have also asked for a refund, and still nothing done yet I see on their Instagram they continue to sell everyday "with unavailable stock or stock stuck in customs". Very disappointing.
