Bad customer service - order still not received 2 months later

Please read negative ratings on Hello Peter before ordering from this company. Their service seems to have gone downhill since Nov last year. I am waiting for an order placed on 9th December and still have not received it, even after multiple enquiries and promises. They claim they have issues getting stock through customs but keep on advertising specials. You cannot keep on taking orders and people's money, if you cannot even fulfill orders that go back to November last year.
