Bad business to buy from.

I ordered sport bras from Tempted Clothing in Desember i received my order 28 January 2021,The bras was not the correct size. I send the sport bras back for an exchange on 3 February for a XL size,after many emails with them they couldn't find the package that i send back and then they didn't have XL in stock. After many phone calls with the owner Wanda van den Berg i asked if she can rather refund me because i am not willing to wait another 21 days or more ,she said she will refund me i must send her an email which i did. there after she promised to pay me .I am still waiting for my refund (6 days later).She does not answer emails or whatsapp messages and she ignores all calls. Do not buy from this company, worst service ever.
