Noise Disturbance Temptations

Complaint: Excessively Loud Music From Temptations Lounge – Ongoing Disturbance

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing noise disturbance caused by Temptations Lounge in Elspark. It is currently 8pm on a Saturday evening and, once again, I am unable to enjoy a peaceful night in my own home because of the unnecessary and extremely loud music coming from your establishment.

I have to turn my TV volume up to its maximum just to try and block out the noise, which is completely unacceptable. This is not the first time I am reporting this issue — it has been raised multiple times, yet nothing has changed.

Temptations Lounge is located in a residential area, and according to South African noise control laws, residents should not be able to hear your music from inside their homes. Your persistent violation of these regulations shows a complete disregard for the community and for the wellbeing of the residents living nearby.

I am requesting immediate action to resolve this ongoing problem. The continuous loud music is disrupting family time, sleep, and basic comfort in our own homes.

Please comply with the noise regulations and be respectful of the people who live around your establishment.
