Noise Disturbance!

Subject: Repeated Noise Disturbance After Midnight – No Action Taken

I am once again lodging a complaint regarding Temptations due to excessive noise levels late at night.

It is currently 00:35, and I have been woken up yet again by blasting music coming from Temptations. This is now the fourth time I am formally complaining about the same issue.

I have previously:

Reported the noise disturbance directly

Left a Google review, to which the owner rep**** saying they would “try and lower the volume”

Unfortunately, nothing has changed. The noise continues after midnight, disrupting our sleep and affecting my quality of life!

This ongoing disturbance shows a clear lack of consideration for nearby residents and a failure to comply with reasonable noise control, especially during late-night hours.

I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and addressed permanently, not temporarily or verbally. If this issue continues, I will have no choice but to escalate it further to the relevant authorities.
