Noise complaint

I have never experience such disrespect from a business! Absolutely disgusting! Dear Hello Peter Team,

I am writing to formally complain about Temptations Lounge in Elspark. I have raised this issue multiple times with the owner, who promised to reduce the noise, but the problem persists.

It is now 06:00, and the music is at its loudest level yet, causing significant disturbance to residents in the area. This ongoing issue has not been addressed despite repeated complaints, and it is unacceptable.

I request that urgent action be taken to resolve this matter. Please advise what steps will be taken to ensure this noise issue is permanently addressed.
