Worst service ever!!!!!! I am appalled

<p>The Service received from tempest is appalling</p> <p>I returned my rental on monday and called today after calling for the last three days and they are telling me that the rental is still open. When will i receive my invoice and dposit back?????</p>

I have yet to have this matter sorted. i still have yet to receiv my deposit back when I returned the rental last week monday .
