WORST SERVICE EVER FROM A CQAR HIRER EVER, *****ULENT

I went to PE 27/02/2025, I agree that I didn't do a full inspection as they send the vehicle inspection from 22/03/2025. I did not do an inspection when I left the airport as the car was there alone and no inspection was done from their side as well, coming back on the 31/03/2025. returning the car the assessor is telling me I need to sign there is a scratch at the bottom of the left tyre I had an accident which I rejected as it never happened.

now I am receiving an invoice and I am being marked as someone who refused to sign as if by law I have to sign for an accident that didn't happen, they again put ridiculous pricing that no one from their accounts department understand like R940 for assessment of a small scratch under neath the tyre and a R6k paint. I will never use this Car hire company and It would be wise we all stop as they are trying to rip me off.
