Worst rental service I haveever received

I have received the worst service from the Johannesburg branch. The car that was hired to me had scratches on it, the brakes were terrible, and it felt completely unsafe to drive. When it was returned to them, the inspector got to my house to fetch it before I arrived home. He reported that there was a dent in the passenger side door. It was not visible when looking head on to the car, you literally had to bend down and catch it at an angle in the light. Which was obviously not done on the delivery inspection. It appeared as though the inspector knew it was there even before we did the inspection, as he went straight to it and pointed it out. I have sent pictures to the person handling it, and even in the pictures you cannot see the dent. I have refused to pay for it to be repaired, as there was so much else wrong with the car when it was delivered. To the point where I was nervous to drive it, and so made alternate arrangements. It is now a year later, after the matter should have been dealt with by the insurance companies, and I am still receiving threatening phone calls from them. I have all the emails and photos on record where you cannot even see a mark on the car, and if you look really closely at the car, at a specific angle when the lighting is just right, you can see a slight dent about the size of a R2 coin! Clearly done by someone opening a car door on it. Not even a scratch! Do not hire from this company, and if you do, make sure you inspect every detail of the car, from every angle, and in every light, or else they will find a reason to hound you for years to bill you for something that wasn't even done by you.
