Worst experience ever from A-Z

I wish if there is a ZERO rating, because simply that what this called Tempest deserve. I don't know how authorities in South Africa allowing them to still operate and do business after all of what they are doing, this company is a real bad face for South Africa specially for tourism. I learned that by the hard way after they over charged me with 5000 rand. Don't look for a cheap deal, look for a professional company that promote customers first rather than money first.
