Worst car rental!

What shady business are you running? You rent out a car with scratches, indicate on the pre-check that there are scratches, when I return it you claim that the scratches are new and bill me for it?

On top the service I received from your N1 city branch was **********! The 3 ladies who were working there on the 20th of Dec had possibly the worst customer service ever. The white lady was literally bullying me to acknowledge that I scratched the car.

Honestly never renting from you again! Blu has never given me this horrible service
