Where's my deposit refund?

Pricing for the rental was reasonable, the pickup process was laborious, it took two agents about 45 minutes to assist me due to their system freezing up. Service was friendly. The car was in good condition and proved reliable. The single star is for the failure by Tempest to refund the deposit charged against my card. My final invoice arrived timeously, 4 days after returning the vehicle but didn't show the deposit charged and refund due. The agents at the call centre keeps blaming my bank. Having reviewed the complaints I'm afraid to say that mine is not an isolated case. I'd love to use Tempest again and refer it, but they'll have to resolve the slow refunds issue, it's not nice to be out of pocket and not know whether you'll ever get your money back. Poor show Tempest!
