Waiting for deposit refund

<p>We have been waiting 4+ days for a deposit refund. This is the first time we have used Tempest and your opposition usually refund within max 24 hours. I called the call center today and was transfered to 4 people in 17 minutes !! 3 people couldnt even find the booking. Derek, the 4th person was very polite, found the booking and said we must wait..... Why must we just wait??!! Car was returned at 6h15 on Sunday already!! Please expedite this refund as a matter of priority now!!!</p>
