Waited 30 min when I had pre-booked to have a dirty & damaged car

I would like to place a complaint about the service received at Kramerville. I have used Tempest's service very frequently and I'm really upset about my experience

1. I waited over 30 min to have the car delivered for inspection from the time I walked in. 2. The outside of the car had just been washed and was still very dirty 3. It was difficult to identify all the scratches and dents 4. The amount of scratches and dents on the vehicle was ridiculous 5. The car absolutely stinks - like a old damp cloth that had been left in dirty water overnight 6. The steering wheel was oily / greasy

I'm really disappointing, I've been a loyal customer for years and a massive advocate and I think its important that I raise this with management.
