Very unhappy customer 🥺🥺🥺

What a terrible experience I had with this company. I wish I had read the reviews before attempting to use their services. I booked a vehicle online and made payment accordingly. I was meant to collect the vehicle at the OR Tambo international airport at 11h00 on Saturday the 27th of September 2025. I arrived at the airport about an hour earlier than what I was supposed to. I dealt with a gentleman called Darshen. He informed me that my vehicle wasn't ready yet but they were busy preparing it. Fast forward to the allocated time of collecting the vehicle he informed me that the class vehicle I had booked was no longer available. I had waited for almost 2 hours for the vehicle at the airport only to be told it's no longer available. The gentleman had no care in the world about how this impacted me and or affected my plans. I left the airport with no vehicle, no refund and had to make alternative arrangements to get to my destination. Needless to say that I missed the important event that I had to attend due to this inconvenience and poor customer service. No apology from tempest, no alternative solution provided but to say I must try other rental companies to see if they have any vehicles available at an additional cost to me. This was a Saturday afternoon and just my luck other rental companies at the airport were fully booked and other companies were already closed. THANK YOU FOR THE POOR SERVICE TEMPEST CAR HIRE. I missed my event but like your staff, I'm certain that it's none of your business and life goes on!!!! OR PLEASE DO REMEMBER TO PROCESS MY REFUND WHEN IT'S CONVENIENT FOR YOU!!!
