Useless Insurance Claims department!!
DON'T BOTHER WITH INSURANCE!
I'm a regular client and always made use of Tempest. The one time I'm part of an accident and now they don't want anything to do with me. It's been 4 months since I claimed for an accident on my rental car. Multiple e-mails from my side and no resolution or feedback regarding my claim. Tempest does not get back to me at all.
