Unsatisfied customer

I rented a car with tempest car hire at Pretoria Hatfield on the 20th of December 2019 till the 24th of December 2019. Let me put it on record that it was my forth time renting with them and I was happy with their service until the current experience which I never anticipated I would receive from them. I made my booking online for a group T vehicle, when I got there i wanted a swift but they adviced me to take the grand i10, to which I never had a problem with. As standard one guy took me over the car for inspection then I was handed the keys, fast forward to 24th when returning the car, as usual I brought the car back on time and inspection was done on the car. On the 25th I get a call from a guy called Tshepo that the car has visible dents caused by hail. Mind you, on my usage of the car I know very well there was no hail, I asked him why the dents were only picked up a day after and his response was that when I brought the car in, it was bright and the dents were not visible they only saw them the following day, now I asked how could I have seen the dents prior when I fetched the car on the 20th because it was also during the day and bright.i told him to track the car and compare weather updates then call me back but still to date that hasn't happened yet and I need my deposit back, I will really appreciate if this matter be attend to ASAP.
