********* / Shady deposit deduction

They deducted an amount from my deposit for damage for an engine cover that was broken. For all of you who have hired vehicles before, i have never seen any inspectors look under the car before the car is taken away. At drop off, suspiciously the inspector looked under the car and then they deducts the amount of my deposit as "i didnt notice this at inspection during pick up so im responsible as i then probably damaged the car"
