I will never book at Tempest or even refer someone for that matter..When I booked a car with them under justcarhire, there was no fee for cross border on the total like it is reflecting now when I check,instead of calling me and talking to me me they are now diversing to terms and conditions which only reflected that after I had paid.. And secondly no one in their office said anything about the cross border fee or charged me instead on collection, but they chose to charge me on my card hold fee.. They are highlighting R1400 on terms and conditions yet they charged me over R1700 and I added an extra day but they are charged me over R900 for one day.. TEMPEST ROBS PEOPLE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE THEM
