Treating customers unfairly

I did an online booking with *** to pick up the car at the Soweto branch. on the website there was no mention that the branch is closed. after completing i searched for their number for the directions and it was written number not in use or something along those lines. i called their other branch and was advised that the Soweto branch was closed, this is critical information that should have been displayed on their booking site. this really inconvenienced me and the worst of it all is they banked the money from my account. please do a full refund as this was false advertising.
