Treated badly

A quantum belonging to Tempest car hire reserved into my car at the Sunset view office parking lot and left. I noticed a few hours later and people within the premises confirmed that it has a quantum. I reported this to the Tempest office in Nelspruit and was asked to send supporting documents which I did. I spoke to Armelia who promised to take the matter up with management. Since that day I never heard anything from them and I had to make follow up emails and phone calls, only to be told that Tempest is not liable for any damage and I should instead contact the 3rd party but they cannot help me with the details of the person who was driving the car.
