This amounts to theft!

Shockingly bad service! After making a booking arrived at Cape Town Airport to find that their office was closed at 14:00 in the afternoon with no sign of what to do. Security staff sent us to Europecar to pick up the rental car. I was told that an amount would be blocked as a type of security deposit over and above the amount for the rental which was already paid. On my return I noticed that the monies was not blocked but actually withdrawn. I am now struggling to get hold of anyone, nevermind getting the money ****** from my account back. So, think twice before you book with these ***boys!
