On the 2018-10-12 we hire a VW van from these *******. Upon initial inspection 4 of the 6 of us pointed out to the person doing the inspection that there is a dent on the back of the van. This was completely ignored. When we returned the van the person doing the return inspection saw it and told us we need to fill in a claim form and we will get our deposit back. Now almost 2 weeks later we received an invoice that charged us R8000 for damage and they further just deducted R4000 from the person who paid bank account. I will make sure to spread the news of this ******* and that no one I know ever hire from you again.
