The rudeness of Tempest / Europa Car hire agents is appalling, I just got off the phone with the most vile rude loud person ever, How are people like that let to work with people, how do you let such people be the front of your company. After my experience in January 2020 with your Sandton branch I decided I will never set foot in that company. I even let the fight for my deposit go because I just couldnt deal with such but now I realised that they are taking me for a fool since I didnt put up a fight. Now their vile agent just told me in her words "I will not sort it out, I just answered the call" her name is Edith maphongwane. She knows very well that they are not customer centric and nothing is done. I am being blacklisted for a scratch they promised to investigate and never did while they withheld my deposit. She even claims the car didnt have scratches according to the sketch I signed. I had a witness when I took in the car. he even showed the guy scratches he was deliberately skipping when I collected the vehicle. I want this sorted out.
