THEFT OF CELL PHONE

We rented a Polo from Tempest for the weekend. We took the car back on Monday Morning (18/04/2016). We booked in at the Airport and I realised I forgot my phone in the car. My husband tried phoning my number, but my phone was already switched off. I went back to Tempest. They called on the radio to search the car, but just said no sorry its not there and that he employee told me that the same happened to him once and he never got his phone back and that he works there.<br> <br> I went into the Tempest office and spoke to the Supervisor. I asked that the staff (he told me only 3 people handled the car) be searched. He just smiled and said \mam I will follow it up\". I just feel that they could have done more. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> "
