Terrible service

***** at tempest. Firstly I paid a deposit of R7000 but their invoice says i paid R4000,after reading all this reviews its clear that this has been going on for some time. secondly its been 2 weeks im still waiting for my refund,when you contact them they keeping telling you tomorrow.This is the most terrible service ever.They don't return your calls like they say they.Honestly dont hire a car with Tempest.
