Terrible customer service and very much disorganized

HORRIBLE!!!

I booked a car and when I arrive at the place to pick it up: - It took me 1 hour and 40 minutes to take the car which is unacceptable because you guys are too disorganized - You charged me a different price that was in the booking which is insanely terrible - You guys said that I couldn't deliver the car back on the time that I booked which is unacceptable and could mess up with my trip schedule - Now you sent me an invoice different from the one that you gave to me when I was at your store (Which was already different from the online booking)

It was and it still is one of the worst experience that I had as a customer in SA.
