Tempest Redeems their wrongs - well done

I can't quite give 5 stars as getting my query and problems with their creative accounting corrected did stretch my patience. 10 Stars goes to Petronella Tlhabanelo who went out of her way to call me, ensure that the problems are addressed and to top it off, reversed all the charges for fuel & sundries, etc because of the hoops I had to jump through to get the 'customer care' staff to hear me. Well done Petronella, you have retained a customer of many years when I was about to run away.
