Tempest Money ******s

On the 27th September I booked the car with Tempest & it was faulty, they sent another one which was also faulty. they charged me for dropping the car to where I was waiting for four hours for them and the car came with a half tank fuel. I reported this before and there was no response, I still need my money. you cant just take my money like that without explanation.
