TEMPEST / EUROPCAR DOESN'T KNOW THEIR WORK

I rented a car, and returned it the same day that was agreed upon. I was then told to wait for my my money to be returned to me. I am still waiting, this has been 6 weeks now. After a week of returning the car I then received a call asking if I have returned the car. I was surprised, but I told them that I am waiting for my refund. I was then called again, the gentleman apologizing as he then realized that the car was returned. He promised that I will receive my refund as agreed. I have been calling ever since with absolutely no way forward as I am still waiting for my refund.

I ended up asking to speak to their manager by the name of GRAIG VAN NIEKERK . He promised to call me back, which he never did.

Today I called again and yet again I am still waiting. The call was the same response as the calls I always have with them.

Hell of a service!!!!!!! Tempest shall never have me request a car from them ever.
