TEMPEST CAR RENTAL RENTS OUT VECHILES WITH MECHANICAL PROBLEMS AND DONT REPLY ON QUERIES

I have paid for a rental vehicle that I picked up at the JHB airport on 5 November 2024. An automatic Toyota Agya as advertised and paid for, for 4 days while I am in Gauteng. At first I told their employee that the car struggles to start. He said that there is nothing wrong. I drove the vehicle from the airport to Roodepoort where I will be staying over for the 4 days. The next 4 days I will attend a course where I will have to travel from Roodepoort to Pretoria and back. The vehicle dont have power to pass other vehicles when I had to change lanes. It seems that there is something wrong with enjin or the automatic gear system as it jerks and loosse power while driving. It is dangerous to travel in a car that keeps on jerking and loosse power. I didnt rent and payed for a vehicle for 4 days that I am not happy with and is in the proses of breaking down with me in the traffic. I urgently request someone from your company to contact me and fetch the vehicle and provide me with a vehicle that there is not something mechanically wrong with. I tried multiple times to phone different numbers to request another vehicle. No answer. I have send mail but no reply. If this vechile breaks down there will be no assistance because I even phoned the companies roadside assistance but no reply. I am a female driver and I paid to have a reliable rental car. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!
