TEMPEST CAR HIRE - *********, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE

Hi I just read a review from Nhlanhla S on the exact same experience I had with Tempest Car Hire in Cape Town.. I have been waiting for my refund only to find out that there was a claim that no one bothered to discuss with me. Apart from that, when I went to pick the car that I paid to hire, it was not available. I was given another car and told it had scratches on it but no one came with me to the vehicle to show me, it was around 21h30. . Even when I dropped off the vehicle, no one checked it with me. I haven't received pictures or an email or even a call to say that there was a claim. They just didn't refund my deposit. Their entire operation is ******* and I will take legal action if I don't receive my refund, which I've been waiting since 04 February 2024.
