Tempest Car hire services are the worse

This is by far the worst car hiring service in South Africa. The staff personnel are rude and unhelpful. First, I had to wait for an hour at Lanseria airport for the car because it was not ready and when it came the windows were not clean the guys had to clean them in front of me. More than that these people are *******. I took up a damage waiver of which I paid the extra money for it. But when there was a damage to the car I was told that I did not take up the damage waiver, even though I have a proof that I did. The manager just told me there is nothing she can do. I just have to pay and if I have issues I can approach the courts of the consumer commission. The word client service does not exist in this company.
