Tempest Car Hire Nightmare

Hello,

Tempest Car Hire ORT were the last institution where I used my credit card. A carbon copy of my card was made, and then 48 hours later - A flight had been booked off my card, which was not me!

I had been advised I could return the vehicle to the Kramerville branch, with the address printed onto my receipt... and to my surprise, the branch is actual situated a good 7km, in a different neighborhood.

Since my credit card has now been cancelled due the *****, I called the customer care line to be advised on how I can ensure I am refunded. Again, to my surprise, after following the voice prompts, I ended up at a sales desk and was advised "customer care is only available Monday to Friday"

Tempest Car Hire... you need to be BETTER. Please provide your hard working staff with training...
