TEMPEST CAR HIRE NEVER EVER USE THEM

I am so angry , its ok if they are falt , if its a customer having a problem they dont care. I am so not happy about this. i upgraded my account and my bank mistakenly cancelled my current card and cannot put in any transactions. they are refusing to hold my rental till next week Wednesday when my card is delivered.

I do not understand why wouldn't you hold my rental till Wednesday. The account is overdue and its not my fault. I have been communicating with Octavia and waiting for her to come back to me that is why i have this overdue. Marguriete from OR Tambo is refusing because my rental is overdue which is not my fault as they are the ones who were holding me to sort out my rate which is also so unprofessional.

Just because now i have a problem with my card you guys are not willing to help.

Last time my 12k was deducted from my account due to your emplyee making a mistake and had to wait for you guys to pay me back which resulted to my debit orders not going through on time. Noe its me who is having a problem you guys cannot help. I have had a car from last year you have history of my payments but just can't help because now i have a problem
