Tempest Car Hire - ***** and *******

I hired a car from Tempest at Lanseria via kulula.com and drove it for 134km over 2 days. At the end of the rental, I filled up the tank (it came to just over R50) to replace the fuel I'd used. The garage was right outside Lanseria so I probably drove another 1km before dropping the vehicle off. My invoice from Tempest shows charges to my credit card for R180 fuel plus R20 service fee for Tempest to top the vehicle up. If this isn't *****, I don't know what is. I have called Tempest Head Office and been promised a call back after they investigate (yeah, right). DO NOT TRUST TEMPEST - THEY ARE ***** AND *******. HIRE THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT DOESN'T FLEECE CUSTOMERS.
