Unfortunately, I didn't take the picture of it and whoever was doing the inspection deliberately didn't record it. Funny enough, that's the very 1st thing they took note of when I returned the car. In additon to that, I got the car with the fuel reading at 150 Km. I filled up the car on my way returning it, the fuel reading was at 495 Km when I left it but they had the audacity to deduct R 243.65 for petrol. To make matters worse..., 2 weeks later after returning the car I contacted them to enquire about the rest of my depost. To my surprise, I am now getting this response..."Please be advised that due to the claim that has generated against the rental, the refund has been delayed. Please allow 21 working days for the claim to be finalised." It's clear that this is how they rip people off. The upsetting part is that they don't communicate anything, they hardly take their calls and even when they do pick up, they transfer you or put you on hold until you run out of airtime. I believe it's about time Discovery Travel partners with a company that treats people with dignity, instead of ****ming them in every way possible. If I had a way, I would give a ZERO star rating!
