Tempest car hire is a ****, refund still outstanding

It is very difficult to book through tempest car hire, phones always not working, when you finally find someone the communication is just not accurate, i have been waiting for my refund for two weeks now. A week ago, i was told that it was processed and paid. What an inconvenience!
