Tempest Car Hire - Disappointing
I booked a rental car via Rentalcars.com, Booking reference ***. The rental was booked via Tempest Car hire. I returned the car 4 days earlier and they refuse to refund the difference. Surely Tempest must know about this company and should dissociate itself from them. I am disappointed with Tempest Car Hire for distancing themselves from this transaction.

11 Sept 2023, 12:24I do understand that Rentalcars.com have their own terms and conditions but Tempest should have realized something is wrong when there's a flood of complaints about them on hellopeter.com, and distanced themselves from this company. Or is it just a matter of business taking precedence over integrity?
Your company's explanation is not good enough. Even now you're not saying that Tempest won't stop using them. If that is so, then I won't use Tempest again.
