Tempest Car Hire Deposit return

I hired a car on the 18th of November 2020, returned it on the 22nd of November, I have not received my deposit since. Once quiried I was informed my deposit was paid out but to a different credit card. I have been awaiting feedback for over a month. They claim the payment was done on the 26th of November but card numbers don't match. I would not advise anyone to use Tempest/Europcar car hire service is pathetic.
