Tempest Car Hire - Cape Town International Airport

I booked a car for 8 days, an e-mail was send as well as confirmed with the agent on collection of the vehicle that it will be returned 2 hours due to a flight changr. It was astill returned on day however, I was charged for an additional day. The 9th day was 19 hours away.

I filled up the vehicle at BP Cape Town, drove 500m to Tenpest to return the vehicle…I was charged R320 to fill up the vehicle (calculated 13L of fuel used for 500m of driving).

I will not make use of Tenpest car **** Cape Town international airpory ever again.

Calling their refund department, I reveived no help and was told to send them an e-mail.
